I believe the therapeutic relationship is a safe space to find healing through meaningful presence and attunement with another person. I seek to walk alongside you as you gain an understanding of yourself, your relationships, and your path in our world.

I utilize a psychodynamic and psychoanalytic approach informed by our early attachments to our primary caregivers and utilizing somatic awareness in the “here and now” moment to understand how our minds connect to our bodies.

Further, I work with individuals through a social justice lens looking at the ways that our society may have shaped the story you are living today. I believe as we come to understand and heal our own personal narratives, we have the opportunity to see our changes ripple out into society as we wholly embrace the freedom of interacting out of our true selves.
