Supporting our members, offering outstanding psychoanalytic training to mental health professionals, and educating the general public about psychoanalysis since 1999.

MY NPSI

My NPSI is a catalogue of video recordings documenting the organization’s scientific meetings and special events. Our mission is to make NPSI continuing educational events accessible to colleagues (members and non-members) worldwide by providing nonsynchronous viewing that eliminates barriers such as time zones and geographical distance. Through a combination of live and recorded events, we hope to foster psychoanalytic dialogue that welcomes diversity of thought on evolving psychoanalytic theory applied to the clinical situation. We invite colleagues who view recordings to submit comments, including suggestions for future meeting topics or presenters.

1. How will I access recordings?

You will access recordings via a web link and a password which will be emailed once your purchase is complete.

2. How much does it cost to view recordings?

If you have registered for a scientific meeting or special event, you will automatically be sent a link to view the recording (up to 30 days) at no additional charge. If you register and cannot attend, you will still be provided access to the recording. Registration is available via electronic flyers sent to our mailing list.  Please click here to subscribe to the mailing list.

If you did not register for an event, you may purchase access to any of our recordings to view on your computer, iPad, or smartphone at a time that is convenient for you. Effective April 1, 2025, the fee for viewing a single scientific meeting (typically 90 minutes) is $35 for members and $45 for non-members. Fees for longer events vary depending on the length of the recording.

3. Will I receive CEUs for viewing My NPSI recordings?

Yes, if you are a mental health professional licensed in the State of Washington (LICSW, LMHC, LMFT, PhD). Unfortunately, we cannot provide CMEs for MDs. If you have attended a scientific meeting, you will receive a link for evaluating the meeting. After completion of the brief evaluation, you will be able to print your own CEU certificate. The procedure is the same if you have not attended the scientific meeting and are accessing it for the first time online. After viewing the recording, you will be able to fill out an online evaluation and print your own CEU certificate.

4. NPSI candidates or analysts-in-training can attend scientific meetings at no charge. Are recordings also free?

No. An analyst-in-training who has not registered for a scientific meeting can access the recording at the member or non-member price, depending on their Institute affiliation.

5. Whom should I contact if I have additional questions about My NPSI?

Contact the NPSI Administrator at admin@npsi.us.com.
