I am a licensed clinical social worker in the State of Washington. I received my Master’s Degree in Clinical Social Work from the University of Chicago in 1986. Before moving to private psychotherapy practice, I worked in a variety of roles and settings including community mental health, crisis intervention, medical/perinatal social work, and parenting and health education. I have been in private practice offering psychotherapy since 2002. My additional training includes a certificate in Parent-Infant Psychotherapy through COR-Northwest Family Development Center, and I began psychoanalytic training in 2013.
