I am a Psychoanalyst, supervisor and teacher on Orcas Island and Seattle, Washington.
My interest is in the intersection of psychoanalysis and pedagogy and how unconscious process unfolds in the psychoanalytic classroom.
I co-lead a writing collective of fellow therapists/analysts who share an interest in writing from the margins and exploring ways creative non-fiction, poetry and art can be an aspect of professional writing.
My writing has appeared in: Contemporary Psychoanalysis, The Psychoanalytic Review, Fort/Da, The Rumpus, 7X7LA, Anti-Heroin Chic, Ellipsis Zine and elsewhere.
Currently I am Co-President of The Internal Forum for Psychoanalytic Education.
