I am a graduate of Seattle University’s Existential-Phenomenological Therapeutic Psychology program and a Licensed Mental Health Counselor. I am a community member at the Northwestern Psychoanalytic Society and Institute, the Northwest Alliance for Psychoanalytic Study, and the Center for Object Relations. I serve on the Board of Directors at the Alliance as their current Membership Chair, and on the webinar committee at COR. I am currently enrolled at the Alliance’s Roots and Branches Foundational Course program and enjoy attending as many of the NPSI Scientific Sessions as my schedule allows. I’m very drawn to object relations theory and find myself most influenced at present by the work of Joseph Weiss. I have many years of experience working in dual diagnosis residential treatment centers, as well as working in primary care, acute inpatient, and emergency department settings. I currently work at Fairfax Hospital on their Mobile Crises Team. I maintain a private practice in Madison Park located at the Northwest Psychoanalytic Building where I work with individual adults.
